    i keep getting this error when build on a mac targeting the mac stand alone. it compiles and runs fine on a windows machine..

    error:
    This collider has some illegal parameters. Choose 'Reset' in the component popup menu to fix it.
    UnityEditor.HostView:OnGUI()

    if you click on the error it does nothing.. so i can't even track down where the problem is..

    No nobody knows. How many colliders have you Reset in the editor since 2nd of April? Assuming you get the error on one scene, then FindObjectsOfType(typeof(Collider)) will get you all the colliders. Dump the names out to the console, then go through each and reset them in the inspector.

    that's just it... it does not happen in a scene.. the error ONLY happens when building to OSX.. and ONLY when building to OSX. and there is no reference to WHERE the error is coming from..

    So, make a build which is only the first scene. Does that work? Then build the first and second scenes, does that work? Etc until you find the scene that causes the problem, then use the API I suggested earlier to mine out the problem collider.

    that's actually a good idea. Why didn't i think of that? haha thanks.. The first scene is just a "loading" screen/ intro... and that fails as well.. but theres a new error, so i am gonna fix that and check back..

    ok... now i build just the intro scene and it builds (no visible errors or anything to suggest build failed), yet the resulting file won't run.. so how do i fix that?

    ok, i found the scene with the issues.. using the "adding one scene at a time" process. But, the osx build not working is a separate and distinct issue i have found.. So i am opening another thread for that
