There's a unity logo on my game icon

Hi, I don't know if I missed something about Unity in the last couple of days. I just noticed a Unity logo on my Android game icon. Yes there's a unity logo like a water Mark on my game icon. Beside the made with unity's splash screen. I checked every where I didn't see any news about it.

Can anyone please tell me what happened?

 

why not reach out to support? thats the proper approach to this, as opposed to asking on general discussion forum where any information you get may or may not be correct, and almost certainly wont be official.

 

This looks like bad setup or a bug, make sure you have setup properly icon in project settings -> player -> icon (there is background and foreground icons so you probably have only set background and left the other one empty and gets filled by Unity)

Also at top of player settings there is a default icon option. In general you can set this one and leave all the icons in the icon tab empty. (Haven't experimented with what happens if you set both, maybe docs explain.)

Hey there, yes i figured it out for me, check your adaptive icon, you only add background, you forget to add the foreground . In my case it was the cause of unity logo apear on top of my logo. I added it as background instead of foreground .
