There was an error fetching user reporting information

I can't enter on this section, I always get the error There was an error fetching user reporting information , I have manager access on the project and my partner has no problems.

The project owner is my friend, he has the Advanced plan, I have the free one, still I can enter in all the other sections like the Crashes and Exceptions without problems.

Any idea what's the problem?

Hi @pistoleta, to my knowledge, you should be able to see the user reports, even with the free plan. I see that you opened a Support ticket already, which is what I was about to recommend. They should get in touch with you shortly.

AdGuard Ad Blocker was the reason. Disabled AdGuard for unity dashboard and the problem got solved. Just saying in case someone faces the same problem.
