Feature Request Theme-based title and menu bar

Hi! Currently, Unity does not change the title color and menu bar, leaving it white despite having a dark theme. In the photo in one blog post, however, it changed and is really pretty, so why not add it normally? It's probably a lot of work, but it would be nicer to work in the editor.
