    Hello and thanks for reaching out. We are figuring out and working on a number of improvements which include moving obstacles, turning paths, windows 8 support, custom shaders and a list of fixes and improvements.

    These improvements require a lot of core changes so we cannot confirm a release date yet. Most of the upcoming features and fixes are suggestions from our users so feel free to suggest anything you'd like to see in the next updates.

    im sorry but there is a way , i created 3 paths inside a cave

    each path cross the others, i just created a prefab for each path so you would randomly run in any of the 3 paths inside the same cave ,
    rotating the hole cave so it would be aligned with the road on current prefab

    Good day, I wrote to you in the mail as to keep the number of crystals typed in the store, in the script found a value that is set by default, but have not figured out how to change it so that it sohranayalos the collection. There may be more info?)

    Hi I bought this kit and I am running in to a bug where all the coins are just disappearing suddenly. This happens when I select the number of obstacles prefab 1, powerup prefab 1 and patches prefab 1. After certain distance traveling the coins appear again. Please help. Thanks.

    Hi, I bought this asset and I have some questions.

    1. how can I display the Final score at the end of the game?
    2. When I collect powerups, the bar at the bottom of the screen dont have image, how can i fix that?

    Hi, recently purchased this kit and I ran into a problem - I can't get the costume shop to work with a custom character model, I replaced the items in the shop itself but I can't seem to be able to apply them to the player model.

    Hello,

    Can you please post your problem in detail. Did you change the character model completely or just added a new costume? If you only added a costume/ skin, please make sure you follow the steps listed in the user guide.

    I replaced the character model. I've emailed connect@werplay.com with more details but here's the body of the email anyway:

    1. I can't get the costume shop to work with a custom character model, I replaced the items in the shop itself but I can't seem to be able to apply them to the player model. What would I need to change in order to apply materials to a custom model?

    4. It could really add polish to the player experience if the camera movements could be smoothed with easing in and out, any ideas on how to implement that?

    I've removed questions 2 and 3 because I figured them out.

    I am having same problem when I try to start the kit on Unity 4.5.4 the police car instantly crashes o the player and game over.I have added layers but still same problem persist.:(

    The "fDefaultIncrement" constant in the ElementsGenerator script is the distance between any two obstacles which is set to 0.05 by default. You can increase this value to increase the distance between generated obstacles.

    The attached script has PlayerPrefs implemented to permanently store the state of music and sound in the SoundManager script. Replace your "toggleSoundEnabled", "toggleMusicEnabled" and "Start" functions and everything should work.

    Seems like your machine is probably infected which is causing those viruses to latch on any APKs you create using Unity.

    The piece of code that handles the enemy is located in the EnemyController script. Take a look at that to get an idea of how it works.

    The assets are meant to be placeholders but you can use whatever you need for you own game.

    I have bought the game. There is an issue. If i switch off sound and music, it is off but when the character dies music again resets. How to solve this?

    Hi there,

    You'll need to save the state of the sound and music. The SoundManager.cs script handles the sound state.

    could you please tell us how to change different land models with respective path.we have changed but still model moves in its own direction we are in budding stage of programming .

    Hi,

    A spline is set with every patch that tells the player character how to move. When you make your own patch, you need to modify it according to the path. The User Documentation explains how to do that. You can find it in the Unity Project at the path: Assets > UltimateKit > Documentation. Alternatively you can follow this link

    I have problem in Patch_Cps Generator.cs reporting null reference exception

    Yes, that should do it. It also depends upon the platform you're building for. Usually for mobile and browser builds, you need to close the application/ tab to exit the game.

    Hi, I purchased the Ultimate version after playing a bit with the basic version. Really happy with the product so far, thanks for the hard work.
    I have a quick question: the description for the Ultimate version mentions "interactive enemies". I was hoping to see example scripts of enemies/obstacles that move... is that not the case? doe sit simply refer to the cop car chasing the runner?

    Hello Everyone

    Am facing problem Unfortunately (Game Name) has stopped.
    While implementing google mobile ads
    But when i remove the google mobile ads from the project. It will run smoothly in the mobile.
    So Kindly give me solutions for this problem while implementing ads.

    i added my own obstacles works good but sometimes same obstacle repeating one after another,how i resolve?
    and in mecanim mode if i slides then sliding animations keep on playing until i press any other button?

    Hi, I just bought the Pro version. I download import it and start the scene 1. Then the following error hows up

    Assets/NGUI/Scripts/UI/UIAnchor.cs(73,53): error CS0619: `UnityEngine.RuntimePlatform.WindowsWebPlayer' is obsolete: `WebPlayer export is no longer supported in Unity 5.4+.'

    what can I do? Thank you for your help.

    It seems that you have Web Player selected as a build platform. Since that isn't supported you will switch to another platform, for example, Windows or HTML5 if you're looking to create a web build. You can make the change by going to File > Build Settings.

    Hello Dkrayl, thank you for your replay. I choose the PC, Mac & Stand alone as Platform. I switch to ios or WebGL, butI still got the same error...please see screenshot attached Build_Settings_und_Unity_2017_3_1f1_Personal__64bit__-_Scene_1_unity.png

    Hello, just curious...is this really the support "forum" for "The Ultimate Runner KIT"? We are waiting for help, at the moment it is useless because of that error. Does "Obsolet" means, it is not supported anymore? So we bought an "old" product? Maybe there is another way to get in contact with the support? kind regards

    all scripts are removed from objects and I dont know which scripts are attached to the objects can you tell me that what should I do??

    It's possible that upgrading to a new Unity version caused that. You can try opening it in Unity 5.3.4f1 to check out which scripts were attached to which prefabs.

    I'm afraid 90 degree turns are not a provided feature out of the box.

    I follow the procedure for making my own patch prefab but player cannot follow that spline.When I also change your given path prefab spline or cps of spline the player cannot run according to the spline I follow whole procedure of adding patch that is given in the documentation but that does not work please help Im working on this project since last 2 months this takes lots of time your reply may be solve my problem within 5 min

    I can't figure out what might be wrong from the screenshot alone. Can you perhaps share a series of screenshots with each step? It might be easier to figure out at which step the problem occurs.

    step1-created empty gameobject
    step2-draged checkpoint_straight prefab from sample_Cps on to the gameobject
    step3-also created plan(that is my path) in gameobject(now gameobject hold plane and Checkpoint_straight)
    step4-By selecting Checkpoint_straight I selected custom from tools and click on patches cps generator
    step5-I made prefab of this gameobject
    step6-now I drag that prefab and drop in to the script pathches randomizer
    problem-When i run the project the player reposition to left corner It doesnt follow generated spline as shown in the screen shot(Screen4) also does not catch the first Cp
    Your prefabs that are given in the project work perfactly.When we create prefab and follow your documentation stepwise it does not work.Its only work when we copy script component (pathline drawer script)from your given patches prefab and paste as a new component to our Checkpoint_straight gameobject.
    We want to organize the spline according to our path(patches) and want the player to follow spline including straight and curvy path

    Thanks for sharing your problem in detail. From what I can tell the steps you followed are correct. Since it's not working out, you can perhaps try an alternative. Instead of creating a patch from scratch, try making a duplicate of one of the existing patches, get rid of the old mesh and use yours instead. As a next step try modifying the CPs and then save them (Custom > CP Generator).

    I already try that Your existing patches Cps are also not modify using (Custom>CP Generator).
    It follow only that spline that is before modify(In your case) Is any data of that cps and spline are stored??
    Another problem that I faced , I disable pathlinedrawer script from checkpoint object(contain cps) its not affected on output whether it is disable or enable its perfactly run so now question is what is the use of pathlinedrawer script?I put breakpoint on each method of pathlinedrawer script only Ondrawgizmos method is executed not others
