The UI looks like it's drunk on acid and absynthe. No, seriously.

I'm having the best of days dealing with Unity lately.

Yes, that was sarcasm.

In Unity 2019, the Package Manager and anything UIElements just doesn't show up.

In Unity 2020, it's garbled all around.

I'm at a loss of what to do. I can't believe this passed QA.

How do I fix this?
