The Stereo Display (non-headmounted) renderpath is broken

    Hi,

    it seems the Stereo Display (non-headmounted) renderpath is broken. The parallaxis seems to shift up and down depending on scene view angle. It seems this has been going on for some time as i couldn't find a working unity version. (i tried 2017.1.2f1, 2017.3.0p4 and 2018.1.6f1)

    I filed a bug under Case #1084640
