the requested video format not being available with HoloLens 2

I am using Holographic Remoting Player v2.1.3.0 to see created Unity project through the HoloLens 2.
In Unity I went to menu: windows > xr > holographic (Deprecated) but if i start connecting it gave the error 12:
Disconnected with error 12
UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions()
and also giving this kind of info for glasses:
Disconnect: transport connection was closed due to the requested video format not being available

What can I do to fix it?

It seems that my GPU(Geforce 700) should be account for this issue , as it does not support H265 hardware video decoding .

 

The same error also occurs on my pc with dedicated nvidia card (780) and also laptop with integrated intel card. I am using unity 2018.4.23.

 

I have an issue on my PC and HoloLens2. The message is below.
Disconnect: transport connection was closed due to the requested video codec not being available
I don't know that this is same issue.
I tried re-install HEVC extension and wired(USB) connection but nothing is changed.
Holographic Remoting tested on Legacy WMR plugin and XR management
Any help?
