When I'm really bored, I like to find new/upcoming technologies to get myself excited enough to work on my game projects again. I'm having a hard time right now finding anything inspiring.

What technologies are you really fascinated with right now? Could be game related or not - it just needs to be cool.

Awesome! Thanks for posting all these =-)

Ooh, yes, these are indeed cool - I did some development with one such device (an earlier Emotiv, as I recall) a few years back. I don't know if things have changed, but the one I used was disappointingly inaccurate. That second video looks like it might be better.

I'd not heard about this one - definitely cool. I wonder what kinds of things people with $40k to spare will start chucking into space...

Wow! That's like robot origami... on a really tiny scale. This seems like the origin of Deus Ex Boxguards =-)

I've been checking out some videos on ITER progress - so many interesting things going on with that project:

It's CG, from a beer commercial. Still though... I'll bet there would a good market if someone built one.

    The pinnacle of gaming technology.
You can play pong at the crosswalk with the opposite side, while you wait for green.
