I thought this should not be a runtime problem because by looking into the vs project.I found unity just choose the portrait logo picture as the splash window picture.

But I have set both windows phone and windows store project settings.
I set the windows phone setting a autorotation and ticked 2 landscape orientation.
The game works on the landscape mode but the logo and default splash windows is still portrait.

I change the mode to just 'landscape right'.Unity just still choose the portrait logo as start window.

I didnt change the logo picture to a 'fake landscape' because I want to know what's wrong with this.Thanks.

The splash screen is not affected by device orientation on Windows Phone. It uses Splashscreen.jpg file in the projectdir\Assets folder. If you want it to be landspace, you can always change the splashscreen to landscape one.

Sounds like reasonable feedback. I'll see what we can do!
