Bug "the hub is not permitted to create a project here."

Unity wont allow me to create a project.

-i've tried:
-changing locations
-uninstalling deleting everything related and reinstalling
-looking over the debug file (doesn't elaborate on the issue)
- extensive research through every search result mildly related to my issue
-giving the app admin permissions
-opening it as admin
-etc

please anything helps

 

I have the same problem on Windows 11

EDIT:
Ok, returned my license through Unity Hub and got the personal license back again and now everything works.
Amazing...

 

change the folder. I created a new folder and paved the way to it and it helped me!

 

Toggling to another folder and back fixed the problem.

 

I created a folder without the "unity" word and it worked, if I put "unity" word in the folder like:
g:\unitygames
g:\unityprojects

Gives error.

I created a folder without "unity" word like:
g:\"games3D"

and it worked.
