The download can not be completed. Please try again.

Hello, ive purchased Gaia 2 via UnityAssetStore using promocode. Payment completed, but i cant download it via package manager. System note: "The download can not be completed. Try again".. Help me fix it, please!

 

I have the same problem with an other asset well kind off i get
"An error accured : Unable to get purchase details because you may not have purchased this package"
And on the asset store it only says open in Unity. Silly that you can not just download the .package file.

 

in the console i get:
[Package Manager Window] Server response is "The requested URL returned error: 403 Forbidden" [Code 403]
UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClientone (UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClient/State,int)

 

I was just about to respond with off course i am! But i just realized i did a test for work and logged in with my work account.
I forgot to logout and login again. I should have known. As private i have tons of assets bought. And at work only a handful.

i am having this issue too, and i am logged in with the account that i made the purchase with.

 

Same issue here, why don't they address the issue and keep ignoring it?? I am not logged in somewhere else, no anti virus or proxy issues and I keep getting the annoying unauthorized message. Cannot download a single asset I bought.

 

I had this problem as well, and found logging out of my account in Unity and logging back in repopulated my Package Manager purchased asset list with all of the assets I acquired from the store.

 

I tried logging out but I'm still having this same issue, even when downloading the smallest of asset packages, wdid?

 

I have a problem showing :

"Package Manager could not save the image, : win32 IO returned 112"

 

i updated/restarted my unity hub and it fixed the error
