Bug The current process has used all of its system allowance of handles for Window Manager objects

Help, i was programming on a Game in Unity and suddenly I couldnt press right click anymore or open Pop-Up windows.

After restarting unity it works for like 2min and then it happes again. I tried restarting the computer but it didnt work.

I tried Unity Version 2022.2.0b8, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.1.1f1 and 2022.1.0b16
