Bug The Crash Reporter fail to gather System Info; and a crash

... Today My Unity Editor crashes and launch the crash reporter.
Here's original report(part)

report Details:
1. What hap pened
In a bored I just click a button in middle down part on the player log of default view(selecting an camera GameObject), then I click '' (may be 'Direct connect'), Unity Editor show a popup windows named ''('Enter Player IP address' ?), and then no repond, then crash.
Instal led zh-cn language pack.
2. How can we reproduce it using the example you attached
-> Open a project folder(in Unity Hub) launches Unity Editor 2021.....(LTS)
-> I did some develop(VSCode CSharp Coding, editing animators)
-> select log(console?) view in the bottom of window
-> click a button on the up of the 'console' part(but im forget), then click like 'Direct connect'
-> see a popup, then crash

And when I click 'Send', it gat hers info and error:

It seems a permission denied?
My computer is A c er, wi ndo ws11 Ho me Ed ition.
U AC enabled, user name (and user home dir) are Chi nese chars.
How can I fix it please?
