the animation exported from Blender spin wiredly

    I created an animation in Blender, and everything is very smooth, looks very good. But, when I exported it to Unity, there is a wired spin on the IK bone. I have spent a lot of time to find a solution. But, it seems like no one faced the same problem. Can anyone give me some threads?

    2. the spin of the leg bone causes the deformation of mesh.
