Texture Editor?

    I didn't know where to put this so I've put it here, please answer me if you know that what I want, thanks in advance.

    I'd like that I can add materials to each face, not to whole object, without getting in any 3D model program like Maya, Blender, 3D Max...
    Please help! Thanks! :)
