Texture Animation?

    Hello there! I am extremely new to Unity, so please forgive me.

    I have some assets that I have imported from Maya, and I need some secondary animation of small blinking lights. In Maya I would normally do this by just animating a procedural texture. Is there an eloquent way to do this in Unity?
