TextMesh Pro TextMeshPro reverts text despite updating prefab

    In a prefab I have from an existing codebase, I have a TMP blurb that currently reads ProductNameTM.

    In the Inspector, I've changed it to ProductName™ (using Option+2 on Mac), and apply the change to the prefab. However, in runtime it reverts the text back to ProductNameTM.

    Anyone know why it's not keeping the applied changes?
