TextMesh Pro TextMeshPro InputField bug?

    I'm using a TextMeshPro InputField with the Line Type being "Multi Line Newline", I have also limited the number of lines to 3, however, whenever I press enter after the 3rd line has been written, it still enters a new line that I cannot type on, pushing the rest of my text upwards and out of the viewport/text area? It shouldn't be exceeding the 3-line limit either way, is this a bug or am I missing something? Thank you :)
