I'm having an issue where the TestMeshPro text on the World Space Canvas is blurry. In the editor, it looks really sharp. Any tips on how I can sharpen it up in-game?

Everything is softer in the game view. What resolution is your game view at?

I have it set to "16:9 Aspect" on the Game tab in the editor. Interestingly, it looks much better when I set it to Full HD 1920x1080 which is the same ratio (16:9). I wonder what resolution it's assuming when you just choose an option that is just set to the aspect (you don't get an option of also putting in the resolution).

Is there anything I can do to sharpen it up in-game ?

Yeah... dunno what that aspect ratio is making in terms of resolution.

In game, it should be sharpened based on your distance from it and the resolution you're rendering the game at.

Thanks for the suggestion. Going from 0 to -1 makes things blocky, but going from 0 to 1 doesn't seem to make too much of a difference.

Edit>Project setting >assets render pipepline > Quality set to 1 or up
and check Edit>Project setting> Player> other settings> auto graphic api disabled ? (has vulkan or OpenGlES3)
