Question Test ads work but not no live ads shwoing

    I integrated tes ads (rewarded videos and banner) and everything worked. I removed code used for testing and published the game on google play. I added store url on all relevant SDK networks.
    No lives ads are showing.

    -After checking I see that SDK is being initialized but if(IronSource.Agent.isRewardedVideoAvailable()) is returning false.
    -Since I have a few ad networks setup there is no reason none of the ads show up (I'm in US).
    The app is live and and already have users giving bad review that no ads are showing up.
    -My game relies on watching rewarded video in order to start playing so no ads means game is broken.
    -I'm using unity 2022.2.21. Ironsource SDK 7.3.1
    -I already submitted a ticket but no response thus far [ticket number: 00355859]
    -My Ironsource account is "pending review". I received the "your app does not meet our current focus" rejection email. But I read that levelplay mediation will still serve live ads regardless.

    Any help is appreciated. I spent countless hours integrating and testing ironsource levelplay to get it to work.

    Update: Got an email that my support ticket was closed without any reply or resolution. This is truly upsetting.
    Does anyone have any idea or have faced same situation of test ads working but no reals ads showing in live app?

    Hi @unity_11DA186B7F6DEA0E306F / levelplay support, following up to see if there's any resolution to approve my account. I submitted another ticket (00358435) using the email listed on my app store listing page a few days ago. Again I received email response back saying the ticket is closed with no reason. IS account is still not approved and I believe I've set up everything correctly. I need the levelplay mediation to go live to starting showing other ad networks.

    The levelplay faq states that "You can start monetizing your app through LevelPlay mediation right away. The message you received about your account was only relevant to the ironSource Network - not Unity LevelPlay."
    If IS would not approve my account for no good reason then please turn on mediation so I can start receiving live ads from other networks.

    Thank you for looking into this and I appreciate expediting this request.

    update: I now see ads showing up in my app. You guys must have turned something on...thank you.
    Now that ads have been running I encountered another issue: Ad revenue/impressions shows in levelplay dashboard, but not in the ad networks, specifically adcolony. For example, in the levelplay dashboard/analytic report, there are a bunch of revenue/impressions logged for adcolony. But when I look in the adcolony dashboard, there are only ad requests logged, with no corresponding revenue or impression. When I play the app myself I see adcolony ads so they are being filled and shown. I doublechecked the SDK network credentials. Any ideas?

    Hi @jjdomain
    In order for revenue to accrue from non bidding network instances, the application needs to hit a minimum impression threshold (about 1K daily) for revenue to be polled. If its lower than 1K impressions, the eCPM calculations will be skewed.
