Test ads initialized and working but not real ads

    Hi !

    I am updating a project already released on the Google Play Store using the latest 2019 LTS version.

    I was adding content that did not concern Unity Ads but I am no longer able to see real ads.

    Unity Logcat displays the UnityAds initialization message and if "Test Ads" is checked, I see them. But as soon as I uncheck "Test Ads", I no longer see any ads.
    For the same release, forcing test ads to On in the dashboard is working but forcing it to Off shuts down everything.

    The app was once falsely flagged and the Dashboard was closed but the issue has been resolved. However, it seems that real ads are not shown since this flag. I have spent many hours on this issue and never managed to get it working.

    Please note that I am not initializing UnityAds myself as I am using the Easy Mobile Pro asset with the latest version, along with the latest version of the Unity Advertising package.

    Do you have any idea how test ads can work but not the real ones ?

    Hi @Arokma, this problem could be due to your location, please use your app while you are connected to a VPN in somewhere in the US, so that we can rule out fill rate problems. If this not works, please open a ticket here, I will be happy to help you.

    Hi @Arokma, sorry about this!
    Should be working now! I've just tested on my device and am seeing ads. Can you please give this a go and confirm that it is working on your end as well?
