The downloadable demo "TerraLand_Demo.gz" from your website contains only one file "archtemp.tar"?

Is your asset compatible with Mapity asset, to get all buildings and roads information from Open Street Map at the floor height of the generated terrain?

I just imported the package, how do I open the components menus, on the readme file says there should be a tools menú on unity, I can't find it.

Since TerraLand operates on top of Unity's built-in terrain system, so it can be matched with any 3rd party solutions. Don't know about the mentioned asset but we ourselves have already managed to do urban areas simulation out of OSM data a couple of years ago as shown here:

We are working on a new product including all of our latest implementations into one place which TerraLand is only a part of it. The aim is to create any complex natural or urban environments into the gameplay in a fully automatic manner in the runtime.

But please note that the above mentioned features will not be included in TerraLand but in our upcoming new product which benefits from our all latest products in one package. More info will be announced when we are close to its release date.

Can TerraLand do anything with DEM (Digital Elevation Model - Tifs, that house a lot of data built into the tif, or a process to convert it to a regular tif that can generate a heighmap)?

TerraLand is already able to generate terrains out of 3 DEM formats of raw, ascii grid and ESRI's tif. I think you are referring to regular geo-tiff files which can be easily converted to desired format in any GIS software. Please ask further questions in the TL3 thread here: https://forum.unity.com/threads/rel...-terrains-for-open-world-environments.532304/
