Terrains - 100 units above where they 'are'?

I'm having a strange issue where terrain objects are actually 100 units ABOVE where they say they are. What I mean is, the terrain object says it's at 0,0,0 but when I move another object to 0,0,0 it's far below the terrain object. I have to move the other object up to 0,100,0 to put it 'on' the terrain object.

Is there something I'm doing that's causing this or some way I can prevent it?

Sounds like you have raised the overall height of your terrain by 100 units in the terrain editor, while the terrain object itself is at 0,0,0?

I think I understood what you mean! I found the 'flatten' button and see that it did say '100' in the box next to it. I've adjusted that to '0' and applied it to the terrain and that seems to have fixed it! Thank you so much, not sure how I didn't think to look at that. :(
