Terrain tree billboards tethered to the ground

    No doubt there is a very good reason for why the terrain tree billboards float when you look at the sky, but I think it somewhat ruins the possibility of heavier optimising and ruins the 3D space illusion, since it just looks like the game is broke to have floating trees. I guess they are set to directly face the camera no matter what, but I would love an option for them to be tethered at the base pivot and only face the camera in the horizontal planes. That would keep them on the ground and also I presume give them the same sort of perspective as mesh trees when you look up.
