Terrain tools - Huge enter play mode time slowdown

    Hello Unity,

    I have terrain tools 3.0.2-preview.3 and Unity 2020.3.14 installed. I profiled the editor - noiselib.cctor() takes up more than 2 seconds (!) of the time it takes to enter play mode for me (19 seconds total). Hoping for a quick fix.
