Bug Terrain tool doesn't allow me to import all features

Alright, so I am going to get this aout off the way and say that I'm a newbie with Unity. I started working with it 6 months ago, and everything worked fine untill now. I updated my unity version to a new on and I had to re install and import "terrain tooll" again, except this time not everything got imported, like features like "erosion" doesn't exist any more. I tried to re instal and re import again but this time i noticed some of the boxes are left uncheacked, tried to check them myself but it didn't work. Tried to returning to the older Unity version but it's the same problem, it still doesn't allow me to import me all of the feutures I need.

Please help.
