Terrain shading model from vertex to normal

    Hey, I'm a little out of the loop on what has and what hasn't changed in 5.x and was wondering if there's been any movement on the terrain shading Unity uses, most modern game engines use normal based shading whereas Unity still uses the old vertex method, this causes small details in the terrain to 'disappear' as you move away.

    Is there either an asset on the asset store or some implementation of this built into Unity?
