Terrain Resolution

    What is the correct resolution to set your terrain, if you are creating a realistic fps on current console hardware, Xbox One/PS4? Or more generally, what is the terrain resolution of a game such as Fallout 4? Btw, I don't mean texture resolution for the terrain, I mean the actual terrain resolution settings. Thank you!

    Unfortunately there is no "correct" resolution. As you might have guessed, the game frame rate isn't just determine by your terrain resolution or even the size of the terrain - although granted, these do certainly influence performance of your game.
