Terrain patches with holes rendered incorrectly

    Hi All,

    I've set up a terrain with various holes throughout. I've noticed that chunks that contain holes are rendered incorrectly.

    Unity seems to be using the precomputed low quality base map for these chunks. Turning basemapDistance down to 0 results in the entire terrain looking the same.

    Is this just how holes are supported, or could something else be causing this?

    Does anyone know if this is expected behaviour?
