Terrain not working

I cannot draw terrain. I've read the forums on this problem and nothing allows me to draw terrain. I don't know if this is because something changed with 2018.3, but I also don't see the icons with the terrain. As you'll see from my screenshot, I have different icons from what I've seen in every tutorial video.

 

Same here - brush is not working - great - just wanted to try out some things and end up struggling with the editor again not knowing if I am to stupid or if "they" screwed up again.
