Terrain Holes Disappearing In Play Mode

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm trying to figure out why my terrain holes are disappearing in play mode. They look fine in the editor and are read correctly by the navmesh system when it is baked however as soon as I hit the play button the holes fill back up with the original ground texture. Navmesh seems to still work correctly even in playmode and the holes remain unwalkable.

    I'm using Unity 2022.1 with URP. I do have the Terrain Hools option checked in the Forward Renderer and I also tried it with it unchecked. No difference.

    Any ideas?
