Question Terrain Grass Collision

    Hi so I've been working on a mowing game but making the actual mowing is pretty hard. I've tried to use 3D models/objects for the grass but my phone doesn't seem to like a lot of objects so I kept looking and found the unity Terrain feature. this seems to render grass pretty easy so that's good but my question is: is it possible to detect collision with terrain grass and if so how can I delete/Setinactive(false) the grass I touch?

    Please don't raise threads that have been dead for years.

    That's not the right approach to mowing. You don't want to do CPU collision detection of terrain details like grass, it will tank your performance. You want a grass system that draws based on a render texture, and to "mow" it you modify the shades in the render texture.

    This is one tutorial but many more are out there.
