Terrain Basemap Texture Corruption?

    I'm writing a tool to paint my terrains procedurally. It's working well for the splatmap shader, however I think I am seeing corruption in the basemap texture. In the attached image, you will see the basemap texture has green and blue speckles which looks like some kind of graphical artifact. Is there anything obvious I might be doing wrong here, or does this look like bug?
