Temp folder bug

    Hi, I was having a problem downloading the editor. After I clicked Add and selected needed options nothing happened. No error messages, just the empty installs screen. It turned out that there was no "C:\Temp" folder.
    Editor Download 2019.2.0f1: Start Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, mkdir \\'C:\\\\Temp\\\\unityhub-11b9a280-ba71-11e9-91d7-75ae34c0ccd1\\

    Hub could not create it, although I tried to start it as administrator. The download started only when I manually created the temp folder. It would be nice to at least see some error message in such cases.
