Teleporting instead of launching!

    It teleports them up then floats down. I've tried lowering the gravity but that just makes them fall down slower. And they're not going up that high so I do not think its the amount I'm launching them (I've also tried low amounts). I want it to act like a proper jump.

    The only thing i'm using to launch is:
