TargetParameterException ERROR after updating to Scripting Version .NET 4x. Unity 2018.3.4f1

    I've just added a few of the packages which are needed for ECS. Namely the entities and framework.performance packages, which require an update to .NET4x. I'll link an image of the error messages I'm getting.

    The project compiles and runs as expect and I am yet to implement any Components or Systems.

    It seems a few people have had the same issue but potentially for different reasons.

    Hope this is enough information.

    Update:
    Just realised this is a Substance issue and I solved the issue by removing the Plugin.
