Target Group Tutorials

Hey! Does anyone know if there is a good tutorial hidden somewhere on target groups? I'm finding the internet a little bit light on information when it comes to which settings on the virtual camera to change. Certain settings within the Body and Aim sections seem to be ignored when using a target group and it'd be great to know why.
