Tagging shelf products and share

Hello,

I am new to all this but have an idea that would help me and my coworkers.
And I just want to ask the community if this can be done, the skill level of it and amount of time.

Idea: You know products in stores, they have a small "price-sign" that either is analog with printed paper or digital and updated from a computer.
I want to do that with just AR. I want to be able to put a sign on/underneath a product on a shelf. AND letting my two colleagues use the same app and see when changes have been made on the shelf (or change by themselves).
YES I know it is easy to just use post-its but I have forbidden them because it's 2020 and we should be able to solve this without bad adhesive on small paper pieces.
