I've written more than a few RPGs and I can say, there's more going on there than ya think!

of course not as massive as those story wise and not as complex

and actually been reading up on unity3d scripting from time to time
    so far things figured out
    1. basic move controls...
    2. buttons
    3. Score thing
    4. have a basic idea how colliders work etc

for now just looking for a tutorial on the "basics"

    1. making a grid/hex etc
    2. how to make player/playables move along grid on the panel/tile clicked on
    3. same for the enemy ai etc
    4. turn thing...
    5. trying to show value/attributes on the UI like character stats etc

Those are some decently-complex topics. Start lower. Pong, for instance.

You can work on specific cases. Just make a simple single screen "world". Stick a cube on it for a building. Stick a smaller cube on for your player. Another for an enemy. Then just go through tutorials for each subject you listed, return to your micro RPG and implement something. First just get player moving around. Then interact with building. Then work on enemy control, etc.

Even the list you've presented go beyond the basics, especially for someone who isn't familiar with scripting.

It might be better to run the standard gamut of starter games - Pong, brickbreaker, tetris, pacman. This should get you familiar with a lot of concepts you will need to make games.

If you insist on diving in, then do everything in tiny chunks. Do tutorials for the parts, i'm sure they exist. For instance:

    A turn-based tutorial (likely a simple state-machine).
A grid based movement tutorial (you'll need a pathfinding implementation, such as A-Star, for a grid based game).
    Displaying numbers on the screen.
    Writing Stats Containers.

Even these pieces may give you trouble at first.

I know that the above isn't what you are looking for, but there are rarely full tutorial solutions for the exact type of game you would like to make. Watching tutorial series, like burgZerg or TornadoTwins, may give you partial solutions to some of your questions. It is up to you to piece them together.
