Tabs become black when moved in Editor

Every time I try to move/resize my Editor tabs they become black and my whole Editor freezes. It was occurring with Unity 2018.3.02f (if I remember correctly) so I could not work with Unity at all. Later I installed Unity 2018.3.2f1 (64-bit) and it stopped glitching for a few days but now started again. Does anyone have similar issues? Any ways to solve it except contacting support (already did it)?

 

I've never seen such a thing, so it's not a firm answer, I only can give you some ideas. So feel free to ignore it if you feel it's not good enough.

- first, do you have any 3rd-party assets installed? if yes, have you tried without them?
- do you have the latest video-card driver? if not, can you try to update it?
- If nothing else helps, I personally would also run a memory check on my computer (I've seen applications freak out over memory issues) - it's time consuming, so leave it for the last resort
