Syder Arcade - new version - WIP

Hi All!

Prequel to our main project ‘Syder Universe’, Syder Arcade is a multi directional side scrolling shoot’em up that nods to old-school classics like Defender or the Uridium games.

The gamer will play the part of one of the humans from the space colony of Miza, attacked by a misterious alien force.

Syder Arcade will challenge you to 6 levels of pure arcade action and will be available soon for PC and Mac, while IOs and Android versions are planned for the near future.

Syder arcade also features:

• 5 beautifully rendered 3d realtime space arenas
• 3 different ships, each one with a different approach to the game
• Huge capital ships, both friends and Foes
• Endless mode levels
• Online High Scores

Will be finished in a few weeks, available for Windows and Mac (hopefully a little after also for Linux (NaCl), iOs, Android)

Looks great! Congratulations.

However - it says on Desura: "(the legend wants that it works also on Ubuntu using Wine, our experts are testing it)"
- does this mean that You won't be releasing a NaCl version after all?

@Klje: all the eventual versions other than pc and mac will come after the launch of the game to press and the publishing first 3-4 markets. Stay tuned

Nice! Would be keen to see a post-mortem and some feedback about getting your game onto Desura.

 

@EvilAlienAlpha: yes, we will do a post-mortem once started and finished the marketing campaign (Desura, Impulse, Onlive, Playism, Indiecity, ...)
