Am I able to combine the technique of switching between sprites with animations on bones? I'm new to unity and I'm wondering if in a 2d game I can treat arms with weapons as a separate "object" containing bones. I would like the sprites to switch during actions related to the controls as usual in 2D games, but at the same time the arms divided by segments at the joint point the weapon always in the direction of the cursor. The arms would flex according to the angle at which you aim with the mouse. And of course, the shoulders would always have to be properly "glued" to the right place, depending on which sprite is currently displayed. Is it possible?
