Feature Request Switch locale in editor

    Would it be possible to add a locale switch not only in play mode, but also in edit mode?
    And maybe show the default locale by default.
    This is an essential feature our internal solution currently provides, which is extremly valued by our design team.

    We would love to switch to the official package once it is out of preview. It looks promising so far! Well done!

    We have editor mode support being worked on at the moment.
    There's a few areas that become tricky when changing in the editor. For example, If you change the language in the scene you would change multiple serialized properties that you may not want to be saved into the scene. We have a solution to this now using the Driven Property Manager system(The same thing the Animation system uses).
    Hopefully we will land this in 0.11.0 or 0.12.0, its part of another feature which we also need to finish first.
