    We are not that big to require a discord server, we only have a few asset packs on the store and when we have something new to show we will post it here.

    I just retextured a few of the textures and added the rock and vegetation in from Gaia Pro. Also I changed the lighting and moved some of the materials from mobile to standard shaders. I mainly left the bus alone but the windows looked a bit toony so I just redid the windows in Gimp. It's actually pretty simple if you know your way around an image editor. Just the lighting makes a huge difference in adding realism to the scene though.

    There's isn't one as good as this one that I know of. I didn't buy it though. I simply used the free demo.

    No, it's made for the default/standard/old whatever is called now. If you port it yourself we can't guarantee the process will go smooth.

    Sorry for the long silence, it's been a busy month and we had to put this on hold but now we are back working on the next standalone extension focusing on garden assets.

    Not sure if it's part of the plan, but growth stages and ingredients = crafting system

    Also no clue how much (more) work that might be...

    All plants have around 3 growth stages. What other "ingredients" do you have in mind other than seeds, water and fertilizers?

    This is Surroundead - Garden.

    This STANDALONE package expands our SurrounDead - Survival Game Assets with NEW gardening related assets following the same style.

    This package contains over 150 new meshes:
    - 7 plants with 4 growth stages each
    - 8 vegetable
    - 39 raised beds and trellises
    - 9 modular greenhouse elements
    - 20 scene dressing for raised beds/greenhouse
    - 72 props
    - 29 Textures (hand-painted, diffuse only up to 1024 .tga files, exception is the greenhouse material which uses albedo, normal and smoothness)

    All for $29.99.

    This has been asked a few times already. But since you just finished a new pack I guess I'll ask again. Any plans for a fallout shelter type of asset?

    It's not on our list but we'll consider it. Can you give us a list of assets with what you have in mind for a fallout type shelter/bunker, maybe share some reference images?

    honestly? I kinda feel like it's already there in the original set + encampment set - the only thing you're really missing are concrete or cement walls (I haven't tried swapping textures, but that might do it).

    Considering the theme of the set, I'd suggest a "Government Cover Up" expansion: ruins of the top secret government agency that either caused the catastrophe or tried (and failed) to stop it. Some objects might include:
    • government vehicles
    • temporary/portable science tents (basically your green houses with an opaque plastic exterior and metallic/plastic doors),
    • temporary command centers (repurpose the trailers from the encampment set)
    • samples/sample containers - brains, alien bodies, etc., etc.
    • signs - bio-hazard, classified/authorized personnel only, warning/keep out (lethal force authorized)
    • more chain-linked fence with barbed wire
    • computers/office equipment
    • concrete/cement walls (for base....could also double as a sewer)

    Just my $0.02!

    I mostly imagine 3 things:

    1.- A big armored door and other metallic things like rails or beams since it has to be sturdy.


    2.- Walls with pipes or standalone pipes and cables.



    3.- And sources of food like inside planters that wold have to look manufactured as opposed to the makeshift ones from the last pack.


    There should be liveng quarters, and storage rooms but I guess that can be very subjective. The "one" thing fallout 76 did right is that the rooms were full of regular furniture And it really looked like people had been living there for decades.

    This sounds more like a surface government building surrounded by fences and tents in front, something like in The Division. Maybe we can do this as an update for Encampment in the future. But for now we are going the underground way.

    Hi, in the asset Garden, I need to know if the crop geometry of the adult plants is separated from the stem. I ask you why you would need that after the harvest of the mature crop, the plant has to be seen without the fruits, empty. Is that so?

    Hi, the fruit is not separated from the stem. We imagined if you harvest the crop, the plant would disappear.

    But that is wrong from some plants (tomato, cucumber and pumpkin) as you say. We can make the crop separated as a child to the plant so you can hide it.

    Would you like each crop separately or all at once? What do you think?

    I recently purchased this package, is it updated for the most recent version of unity? I'm having a ton of errors when I import it.

    The package is originally released for 2018.4.12 but since it's mostly models and texture and no scripts it will work without much trouble on newer versions. You are probably getting the errors from Unity itself ( package manager UI not updated).

    I need more info so I can help you, but following the steps from ReadMe file and updating the package manager UI should do it.
    Also make sure you hit Install/Upgrade from the pop up window and not Skip when you import the package first time.

    How "Easy" is this to convert into a modern non-apocalyptic setting? I really, really like that this pack seems to have both the exteriors and interiors of various places (homes, shops, etc) but my game doesn't need to have everything destroyed and in ruins.

    Check the screenshots on the product page, it's all there.

    Almost all destroyed assets also have a non destroyed version.

    You can make non destroyed scenes but not completly new, there is some wear/aging in the texture.

    You can check the review made by Messy Coder for SurrounDead on Youtube for a closer inspection on the assets.

    It's low poly enough for mobile but you have to pack the textures and bake meshes probably to reduce draw calls because this is highly modular.
