[Suggestion] While playing, should still be able to update collab notes

    Let's say I need to test a long chain of events, but just realized "Oh yea! I did this!" --

    It would be nice if I can add to the collab notes while still playing. Of course keep the submit btn disabled: just the notes enabled.
