Suggestion: upgrade materials etc option on importer

I wasn't entirely sure where best to post this, but with the removal of the easy built-in to URP material convertor in the latest editor versions (which makes it much much more work to convert individual materials it seems, since I have to de-select everything I don't want to upgrade...), it would be nice if we could choose to upgrade incoming materials whilst importing a package from the package manager itself.

Sounds easy on paper, but I'm sure it's more involved than I realise.
