Suggestion on features for new terrain tool

    1. the ability to lock/unlock a terrain from being edited. Especially when doing multi-terrains this is an problem. Know that I can go to the underlying filesystem and set as read-only, but is a bit of a pain.

    2. Ability to apply both a set height and a paint terrain brush at the same time. (kind of like a compound brush). Is useful if for higher elevations we want to add just a little bit of a texture (e.g. snow on mountain, or cracked ground).
