[Suggestion] Inteligent guess of unity version when opening project

When opening a project from disk (when it isn't on the recent projects list), Unity Hub opens a popup asking for the Unity version you want to use. That's good, but it has two problems:

    1) It always suggest the "preferred" version (17.4 in my case), even if the project you are opening is already a higher version of Unity (18.1)
    2) In this prompt, Unity Hub doesn't show anywhere what was the last Unity version of this project, so you have to go reading the unityVersion.txt or guessing wich version it was.

Sorry if this was already suggested, I didn't find it.
