[SUGGESTION] A link to "Whats New" added to the triple dot window per installation

Hi!

We are a small business who has multiple products stretching over the latest LTS and tech streams. Because we are are smaller company, we can afford to update minor version updates regularly. Every time that we update to a newer version for example 2020.3.8 -> 2020.3.9, I manually google the changes to find "Whats New in 2020.3.9".

I think it would be a great addition to have access to this in the hub, perhaps built in, or perhaps as an additional option alongside "Add Modules" and "Show in explorer" etc.
